About the Role As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with leadership to turn store-level data into decisions — tracking performance across our 7 locations and 4 brands, spotting trends, and helping us run a tighter, smarter operation. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to multi-unit retail/restaurant operations and real ownership over projects from day one. What You'll Do Collect, organize, and analyze sales, labor, and operational data across all locations and brands Build and maintain dashboards/reports (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) to track KPIs like productivity, sales trends, and cost of goods Support leadership with insightsforbudgeting, forecasting, and operational planning Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements across stores Assist with competitive/market analysis as we evaluate growth opportunities Partner with Store Managers and Head of Growth to translate data into action plans Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for leadership review What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0–2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or related role (internships count!)
