Summary This position is a full-time, in-person, days position that includes on-call hours. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of computer hardware and software, networking, and phone systems. Preferred experience in an IT Support role and IT certifications to support the position competencies. Assists with the installation, maintenance, training, and inventory control of the hospital's computer hardware, networks, operating systems, and non-health information software and coordinates tactical and operational issues with department directors and super users.
