In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized wound care plans, perform advanced wound treatments and dressing changes, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll educate patients and families on prevention and home care, document progress, and follow infection control and safety standards.
